About Dignite

Dignite stands for "ensuring Dignity for patients and igniting passion for life".

Despite several advances, cancer treatment still remains a double edged sword. The same treatment that fights cancer also causes several side effects. Most of these side effects may seem minor but play an important role in the overall well-being of the patient. There are many solutions available that can help patients manage their side effects better.

We aim to provide products that improve the life of patients one bit at a time.

Why was Dignite started?

We understand it is difficult for a patient to accept that he or she is battling cancer. We also understand that the process of planning & undergoing treatment is emotionally, physically & financially draining. There might be several priorities in a day of a cancer patient & several decisions that need to be taken daily. Amongst all this, they may not attend to the smaller but important things such as oral, skincare, digestion problems etc. This is mostly because of lack of time to research & identify appropriate solutions to resolve these problems. These problems may be minor but play a large part in the overall well being of the patient.

Diginite is a small step from us to help patients and caretakers minimize the time and effort, they put in to get solutions.

How will Dignite achieve this?

To start with, we are making a cancer care kit that can be gifted to the patients going through their cancer treatment or can be bought by the patients themselves. The kit has a selection of products that will help the cancer patient be more organized and along with products that can be used in their day to day life during their treatment.

You can find more details about the kit here

If you know someone going through cancer treatment, this kit would be a great way to show that you care.

There are many side effects or symptoms that might be troubling cancer patients during the course of their treatment. We research and identify products that are natural & help cancer patients during their treatment.

For example, oral care is an important aspect of cancer patient’s journey. Chemotherapy causes a metallic taste in the mouth, leaves the gums weak and sensitive while the immunity of the patient is low. In oral care segment there are products such as unflavored toothpaste, non-alcoholic mouthwash, saliva stimulants, ginger gum etc. To know more click here
